The Spire story

Spire Workforce Solutions was founded in 2013 by high school friends, Randy Fuerstenberg and Mike Jacoutot. Since then, Spire has climbed the ranks in the search, staffing and recruitment industry.  With 15+ years of combined experience in sales and staffing, Spire's network has grown, becoming a sought-after partner for talent acquisition teams and staffing firms across the country.  Spire’s greatest strength lies in our network of millennials who work in the staffing, recruiting and sales professions. Now that millennials comprise the largest segment in the workforce, our network is a tremendous value-add to Spire’s clientele, giving them access to the best and brightest of this generation.

Starting off in sales and recruiting, Spire is one firm that didn’t forget their roots.  Genuine, thoughtful, persistent and ethical are the traits that come to mind when clients are asked about our business. Spire wants to be known as straight-shooters, folks that care, and a true value-add to both candidates and clients.

At Spire, our promise is simple: To candidates, we guarantee to never place you with a company we wouldn’t ourselves go to work for. To clients, we guarantee that we will never send a candidate that we wouldn’t hire.

Mission

To help every candidate succeed in his or her job as a salesperson and understand the full effect of just how meaningful a career in sales can be. To help organizations thrive and become more competitive with the best and brightest sales talent. To help you grow your business- whether that be your personal brand, or your organization.

Vision

To be the staffing industry's most sought-after partner when looking for sales and recruiting talent.

To give real service, you must add something which cannot be bought or measured with money- and that is sincerity and integrity.
— Douglas Adams

Values

There are only two assets that appreciate in an organization: people and customers; the customer, and those who serve the customer. When it's all said and done, it's important to hire happy people and keep them happy, for they are the ones who serve the customer. This is how we do it:

Trust

We act with integrity and depend on each other.

Excellence

We are driven by quality. We deliver the best of ourselves in every situation. We constantly look for ways to improve. "Perfection is not attainable. But if we chase perfection, we can catch excellence." - Vince Lombardi

Accountability

We accept responsibility for our actions, inactions, attitude, and mistakes.

Mutual Respect

We treat others as we would like to be treated.

Mike Jacoutot Jr.- Managing Director

Mike attended The College of New Jersey as a wrestler and graduated with a B.S. in marketing after winning the college's prestigious "Business Leadership award." After starting his sales career with ADP in New Jersey, Mike earned President's Club in his first year.  In late 2012, Mike relocated back to Atlanta to start a career in IT Staffing.  Mike rose to the top of IT staffing sales, using the values he learned as a wrestler to become a true sales leader. After once again earning President's Club, Mike decided he wanted to build a different kind of staffing company, this time with his own set of values: attitude, personal accountability, perseverance, and habit. He wanted a company that would be client/talent first and step out of the stereotype that staffing agencies have created for themselves. In 2017, Mike was named to SIA's 40 under 40 list for his exemplary leadership and commitment to his clients. As a client-focused sales leader, Mike approaches business with a client for life mentality and has a thorough understanding of each individual client's needs. Mike has built this company to be different by design, and he's delivered on his values each and every day ever since.

To that end, Randy acts as an "agent" for the talent he places by:

  • Taking the time to understand their needs and preferences
  • Ensuring the right compensation package
  • Caring for them and helping with career development

Not only is Randy's network of top tier talent a strategic competitive advantage for Spire, but the guidance and career advice Spire offers gives our talent a leg-up on the competition.
